What sports do you train for?
We design programs for all sports including football, basketball, volleyball, padel, martial arts, running, swimming, cycling, and more. Each program is tailored to the specific physical demands of your sport.
Is the gym included in the monthly program?
Yes. The monthly program includes full access to our on-site gym during operating hours, plus supervised training sessions and program design. Everything you need is included.
How are programs designed?
Programs are based on your initial physical assessment, sport demands, competition schedule, and goals. We use periodization principles to structure training phases and adjust based on monthly reassessments.
Can I combine performance training with physiotherapy?
Absolutely. Many athletes use both services, especially during return-to-play. Our team coordinates physiotherapy treatment with your training program for a seamless transition from rehab to performance.
What equipment is available?
Our gym is equipped with free weights, resistance machines, plyometric equipment, agility tools, and assessment devices. It's designed as a clinical training environment — everything an athlete needs for performance development.
Do I need to be an elite athlete to join?
Not at all. We work with athletes at every level — from recreational runners and weekend footballers to competitive and semi-professional athletes. Programs are scaled to your current fitness and goals. What matters is commitment, not your current level.
How often should I train?
This depends on your sport, competition schedule, and goals. Most athletes on our monthly program train 2-4 times per week at our gym. We design around your team training and match schedule so total load remains optimal without overtraining.
What happens during monthly reassessments?
We re-test key metrics from your initial assessment — strength, power, speed, and movement quality. We compare results, discuss how training felt, review any niggles, and adjust your next month's program accordingly. It takes about 30 minutes and is included in the monthly fee.
Can I train at the gym outside of supervised sessions?
Yes. The monthly program includes full gym access during operating hours. You'll have your program on your phone and can complete sessions independently. Supervised sessions ensure technique is correct and progressions are on track.
What age groups do you work with?
We train athletes from age 14 upwards. For younger athletes, programs focus on movement fundamentals, coordination, and safe strength development. For adults, we address sport-specific performance, injury prevention, and competitive readiness.
Where is your gym located?
Our gym and clinic is at Tseriou 32, Strovolos, Nicosia. Centrally located and easy to reach from Engomi, Aglantzia, Latsia, Makedonitissa, and Lakatamia. Street parking available nearby.
